• System supports vehicle scheduling and multiple utilizations and metered systems

Preventive Maintenance:
• Enables the client to monitor and check weekly/monthly preventive maintenance schedules on a calendar built in to the FMS dashboard.
• Notifies the end user regarding the scheduling of PMs for all vehicles in the system.

Inventory Management:
• Provides detailed analysis for parts and tire inventory and allows for the setting of critical volumes with respect to specific parts and brands of tires.
• Tracking of backorder status by allowing for the monitor­ing of critical parts levels and suspected increases relative to seasonal changes.

Fuel Tracking:
• Provides detailed analysis of fuel consumption with the ability to generate weekly/monthly and yearly reports.
• Interface with external systems like Gasboy, or any other fuel systems which can help reduce fuel costs by working with vendors to lock in lower prices.

Warranty Processing:
• Allows the client to track warranty claims for each unit assigned to the vehicle inventory/fleet.
• Tracks and monitors parts under warranty which can help reduce parts inventory costs.

Reporting:
• Provides detailed reporting and the ability to track key performance indicators and metrics.
• Able to compare past and present performance and structure the budget
• FMS dashboard allows the end user to effectively monitor the fleet
• Ability to identify potential risks before they become a problem.

Shared Services:
• Inter-Municipal resource functionality which can greatly impact upon the budgets and costs associated with managing a large fleet of vehicles.
