NOBEL Systems is a fast-growing SaaS company looking for a candidate experienced in sales, marketing, and client relationship management for state and local government accounts. Candidate must have a passion for technology and customer relationship management. Working knowledge of social media marketing and experience working with state and local governments is a plus.

Job Overview

The Sales and Marketing Support Candidate will become an expert in NOBEL Systems’ products and services in order to understand existing accounts and opportunities. They will collaborate with partners such as cooperative purchasing groups to help establish a sales pipeline. In addition to supporting new sales and marketing efforts, the candidate will cultivate long-term relationships with customers and provide ongoing support for existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to switch tasks between sales, marketing, and customer support as needed.

This is a full-time or part time role local to New Jersey with the potential for hybrid work. Compensation for this role is highly competitive with a base salary plus bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Manages existing relationships with state and local government accounts.

  • Manages existing partnerships and supports new accounts.

  • Learns all NOBEL Systems’ existing SaaS solutions (for a full list of our products, visit https://www.nobelsystems.com/products/).

  • Supports ongoing sales efforts.

  • Support social media marketing campaigns to enhance customer awareness

  • Resolves requests for support via incoming phone calls and customer support email boxes.

  • Responds to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Advises customers on best practices for using software in an efficient manner.

  • Uses a CRM to track and record sales activity to ensure that metrics can be accurately measured.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience preferred (Technology, GSA or SaaS experience a plus).

  • Experience with consultative sales preferred. Understands the critical nature of establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated customer service orientation. Creates and sustains interactions that encourage two-way communication opportunities.

  • Experience working with public policy and state and local governments preferred.
